Isaac Williams ~ Senior, Willingboro HS

Mr. Williams had quite the busy day on Saturday at the Group II State Relays. He was on 4 state champion relays that led Willingboro to yet another State Relay Championship(13th total). Isaac was on the 4x200m relay, 4x400m relay, Shuttle Hurdles Relay, and High jump relay with the best mark of the day at 6' 6". He has the state leading marks in both the 55m Hurdles and is tied for 1st in the High Jump.
 

Honorable Mention - Shawn Wilson(Cherokee HS) runs 4:22 DMR, 1:59 4x8, and 2:01 SMR, Anchoring the winning 4x8 that set a Meet record for Group IV and is the fastest ever run at the state relays from all Groups

 

Week 1



Emmy Duffey ~ Senior, Lenape HS

Miss Duffey had a full plate scheduled for Friday at the Group IV State Relays. 800 leg in the DMR, 3rd leg 4x200 relay, anchor the Sprint Medley and anchor the 4x400m relay. Well she must have been hungry since there were no leftovers. A 2:16.3 leg in the 1st place DMR, and a 2:15.5 anchor in the winning SMR was a hard enough feat, but her legs in the 4x2 and 4x4  earned 3rd place finishes and helped Lenape defend their State Relay Title. She was also on Lenape's 4x8 and DMR state leading relays this year.

Honorable Mention - Lindsey Kane(Washington Township HS) Opens the Group IV meet up with a 3:44.1 lead off in the 1200m handing off in 1st place. Not too bad for a freshman.
