Braheme Days Jr. ~ Junior, Bridgeton
 

Braheme tossed out a season best and lifetime best this past Monday at the SJTCA Winter Warm Up. (I know, little late for a winter warm up. That is unless you consider how warm our winter has been.) His 66' 6.5"(US #1) marks the 3rd time he has thrown over the 60' barrier in big meets and eclipsed his previous pr which was set last year at the World Youth Track & Field Trials.

Honorable Mention - Dominque Irons improved his SJ leading mark in the long jump to 22' 2.5".

Running this past weekend at the New Balance Collegiate Invitational, the Indians dropped a huge pr in the 4x800 running 9:09.71(US #3) from a previous best of 9:23.71.
